Akka Kappa wins big at the International Property Awards in Dubai
The International Property Awards (IPA) has recognised Akka Kappa by awarding them the distinguished Five Star award for the "Best Real Estate Agency Single Office in Ghana," as well as a nomination for the "Best Real Estate Agency Single Office in Africa."
The IPA honours residential and commercial property agencies functioning in all aspects of the property sector for reaching the highest levels of performance. The minimum score needed to reach the Award Winner status is 60%. A 75% minimum is needed to receive a Five Star award. Only the highest-scoring entry will receive a Five Star award if several submissions all received scores over 75%.
More than 45 distinct residential and commercial categories are included in the awards, which are in their 29th year. The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants compete at the appropriate national point, and a highly skilled panel of judges from across the spectrum of property disciplines evaluates their work.

Being in Dubai is always an amazing experience for Jolanda and Eduardo. “The Dubai property industry is doing incredibly well and is a market we always look up to. The initiatives from the government to drive foreign investment are just incredible and we wish there were more of these initiatives in our local market,” explains Jolanda.
